Lisa is a committed Christian woman who is passionate about seeing others empowered to live the purpose-filled lives they were born to live. She is a certified Life and Career Coach through CTA (Coach Training Alliance). Lisa founded Empowered to Dream Coaching and brings with her several years of staffing and recruiting experience which allows her to work effectively with those who are entering, re-entering or transitioning within the workforce. Lisa’s specialty is guiding people to identify and secure a career that fulfills their life calling, not just get a job to pay the bills. She will also help to uncover the obstacles holding them back and develop strategic intentional steps (S.M.A.R.T. Goals) to move forward into the life they were born to live.

Empowered to Dream Coaching offers personal one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, classes and coaching parties. Lisa is also available to work with churches who want to identify the gifts that are within their members so that the church can become all that God designed to be.
