Welcome to New Covenant Community Church. Our passion is to experience Jesus Christ through Community, Service, and Love.
At N3C we have an ‘ABC’ of core values:
‘A’ is authentic. We believe that in order to live healthy and whole we need the freedom to be honest and genuine. None of us is perfect, and you will be accepted just as you are. However, we also firmly believe God loves us way too much to leave us the way we are. Isaiah 61 says the Lord came to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free; to comfort those who mourn and release the prisoners from darkness. What a hopeful reality!
‘B’ stands for Bible believing. We believe the Bible is the only 100% trustworthy source of truth to live by. Although culture seems to constantly waver and what’s ‘socially acceptable’ changes dramatically from generation to generation, we believe Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.”
‘C’ stands for community. Acts 2:42 describes the first church this way ”All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.” We know that Christ has all we need, but we also know that He created us to need one another, like various parts of a body. We believe we find our significance by being part of Christ’s body. Loneliness and isolation are all too common today, and we want to extend an invitation to all who feel that way. We sincerely invite you to be a part of the family of faith here at New Covenant Community Church.
We are a socially diverse family who want to present the Gospel by living it out in the homes, families, schools, workplaces and communities where we have influence. The church isn’t our building — it’s us.
If you are looking for a worship home or just want to visit, this page is intended to let you know what you can expect. If you have other questions, feel free to call 856-546-0344 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our one regular service starts at 10:15 a.m. and ends before noon. Please plan to hang around awhile afterward so we can start to get to know each other. We generally have a hospitality time with a variety of beverages and tasty snacks.
Parking and access
We are located at the 255 Edgewood Ave. across the street from Audubon High School (here’s a map) in what is otherwise a residential neighborhood. Parking is pretty limited, we’re sorry to say, so most folks park on the street.
During the first half of the service we sing, have announcements and receive the offering. Our music is mostly contemporary, accompanied by a mix of guitars, keyboard, drums and often sax, cello or flute.
During the service we have a nursery for infants to two-year-olds. Pre-school youngsters ages 3 to 5 and youth ages 6 to 12 are dismissed to special programs for them during the service.
What to wear
Our church family comes together with no formal dress code. Some enjoy the opportunity to dress up a bit while others prefer the comfort of the casual clothes they wear every day. It’s you we care about, not your wardrobe, so you are welcome to come as you are, with no expectation for anything else!
Beyond Sunday morning
We have a variety of other chances for our family to rub shoulders and serve. Some get together to pray at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday (6:30 on Thursday). For example, we have life-groups, frequent youth activities, a community food bank, a ladies’ Bible study, and regular men’s and ladies’ prayer breakfasts.
