What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, and gives to us a revelation of God?s will for us. The Bible reveals the Savior, Jesus Christ, and gives to us prophetic understanding of things to come, both in this age, and in eternity. The Bible reveals God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

God?s Word, the Bible, reveals Jesus Christ as the Son of God, who came and died in the place of sinners. Now, because of what He has done, whoever will call upon Him, will find forgiveness of sin, and life forevermore. Jesus will, one day, return for those who have trusted in Him, those who are alive, and those who have already died.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is alive, well, and active in the lives of believers. God, who never changes, is free to work in quiet or subtle ways, or through signs, wonders and miracles. As He is sovereign, He chooses how He will work. The Holy Spirit not only revels Jesus to us, but also works in our hearts to make us more like Christ.

We believe that Jesus will return, not as a humble carpenter, but as a glorious all-powerful King. We believe that on that day, there will be a resurrection from the dead. For the lost, it will be a resurrection of eternal punishment, but for believers, a resurrection of eternal life.

We believe that the Bible reveals a God full of love, mercy and compassion for His lost creation, and has made every provision to reconcile each to Himself.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Do You Believe This?

To know Christ is not difficult, but it takes a decision on our part. In the Bible, we read the following:

John 1:12-13 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Romans 10:9-10,13 If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

We believe that God’s gift of eternal life is available to all who will put their trust in Jesus. If you have never done so, pause right now, and invite Him into your heart, and you will experience the love and forgiveness of God, and you will find new life in Christ.
